THE DECISION After a careful consideration of all the evidence on record, this Court believes that the plaintiff herein is entitled to judgment on all the reliefs he seeks against the defendants herein and judgment is thus entered for the plaintiff on the said reliefs save for the relief of interest at the prevailing commercial bank rate on all arrears of salary due and owing to the plaintiff. The reasons for the Court coming to the above conclusion will be demonstrated presently. FACTS The facts of this case are that the plaintiff is a trained teacher and was employed by the 1st defendant in 1994 after the completion of his teacher training education and he worked for the 1st defendant for a period of 19 years during which he rose through the ranks to the position of an Assistant Director II in the year 2012.
