DANIEL ADJEI DANJUMAH vs. NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE AUTHORITY

The Court has read the affidavits of both parties in the instant application and has also perused all their attached exhibits and considered the submissions of both learned counsel and it is of the opinion that this application should be granted in the interest of achieving a speedy resolution of the dispute between the parties herein. The Court therefore grants the request to stay proceedings and orders the parties to go through the grievance resolution procedure outlined in the defendant's Collective Agreement and report the outcome to the Court on 2nd of March, 2020.
