1. THE DECISION 1.1 It is the opinion of this Court, after a careful consideration of all the evidence before it and the submissions of both learned counsel, that the plaintiff has been able to establish his case against the Defendant and so some of his requests for the reliefs endorsed on his writ of summons will be granted. The reasons of the Court for coming to this conclusion is embodied in this judgment. 2. BRIEF FACTS 2.1 The facts of this case are that the plaintiff herein was appointed by the President of Ghana, as the Executive Secretary of the defendant herein. His appointment took effect on the 20th of July, 2009. By virtue of that appointment plaintiff became the Chief Executive Officer of the defendant and he held the position of the Executive Secretary till April 2013 when he was asked to proceed on leave by the defendant’s governing board pending investigations into certain allegations that had been made against him. 2.2 Following this letter dated 20th Ap.....
