The plaintiff/applicant per this application is requesting the Court for an order of interlocutory injunction to restrain the defendant/respondent from ceasing to deduct monthly dues from any of its members who continue to benefit from the work of the plaintiff until the final determination of the substantive suit. The real reason for this request as can be gathered from the affidavit in support and supplementary affidavit in support is that the plaintiff/applicant is apprehensive that a number of its members who had opted to withdraw their membership of the plaintiff union and who had been given loans by the National Investment Bank and which were guaranteed by the plaintiff/applicant may default in the payment of the said loans if they withdraw from the membership of the plaintiff union and cease the payment of their membership dues to the plaintiff.
