FELIX MARK DOE vs. FAN MILK GHANA LTD.

The Court has considered the affidavits of all the parties including that of the respondent Attorney General who the plaintiff seeks to join to this suit and also the submissions of all Counsel in this application and the Court is of the opinion that the reliefs the plaintiff seeks against the defendant can be determined without the presence of the Attorney General. There is therefore no need for the Attorney General to be joined to the suit thus the application for joinder is refused. No award of cost against plaintiff/applicant. Case to take its normal course.
