1. THE DECISION It is the opinion of this Court, after a careful and thorough evaluation of the pleadings and the evidence adduced by the parties herein, that the case of the plaintiff is made out on a balance of probabilities (see Section 12 of Evidence Act, 1975, NRCD 323) and that the plaintiff is entitled to judgment on most of the reliefs he seeks from the Court. The following discourse will show or demonstrate the reasons for the opinion expressed above. 2. FACTS OF CASE The material facts of this case are that the plaintiff was employed by the first defendant in June 2009 as a Banking Officer and was subsequently promoted to Senior Banking Officer. At the time relevant to this action, that is 2012, he was the Operations Manager at the Madina Branch of the first defendant. The first defendant is a company incorporated under the laws of Ghana to carry on the business of banking whilst the second defendant was also a driver employed by the first defendant.
