In this present proceedings the defendant/applicant is seeking for an order of the Court joining Reliance Personnel Services to the substantive suit as the 2nd defendant. The reason for this request is that the said Reliance Personnel Services was at all material times the employer of the plaintiffs/respondents herein and not the defendant/applicant. The defendant/applicant claims that it entered into a Resource Purchase Agreement with Reliance Personnel Services to outsource the workers of Reliance to work with the defendant and that the plaintiffs were the personnel who were given to it by Reliance Personnel Services and therefore it is fit and proper to join Reliance Personnel Services to the substantive matter to enable the Court deal with all matters in dispute effectively and completely.
