This application is a request by the defendant/applicant for leave to amend its Statement of Defence filed on the 25th January, 2017. The Court has considered the submissions of both Counsel and it is of the opinion that the defendant must be given the opportunity to amend its Statement of Defence in response to the plaintiff’s amended Writ and Statement of Claim filed on 23rd March, 2018.
