RULING ON MOTION FOR INTERLOCUTORY INJUNCTION In this present application the plaintiffs are requesting the Court for an order of interlocutory injunction restraining 1st and 2nd defendants, their agents, servants, workmen particularly soldiers from the 48 Engineers Regiment of the Ghana Armed Forces and assigns etc. from dealing with the land which is the subject matter of the substantive suit. In their Statement of Case the plaintiffs seek the following reliefs against the defendants: (1) An order for cancellation of land certificate numbers TD 6351 volume 020 folio 453 and TD 7778 volume 019 folio 3800. (2) Damages for trespass to the land covered by the land certificates mentioned in reliefs 1 above. (3) Perpetual injunction restraining the 1st, 2nd and 3rd defendants, their agents, servants, workmen and assigns in any manner with the land in dispute.
