The present application is for an order of joinder of four applicants through their lawful attorney, one Aaron Martey to the substantive case which is about the management of a trust property situated at Dansoman, Accra. In the affidavit in support of their application, the four applicants, who are the biological children of the original applicant and respondent in the substantive application, through their attorney, have requested this Court to allow them to join the substantive application on the ground that they are beneficiaries of the said trust property and that they have expended huge sums of money on the trust property and that they need to join the substantive suit to defend their interest and also to avoid a multiplicity of suits.
