KOFI ANUM FAMILY & ANOR. vs. FALCON CREST INVESTMENT & 2 ORS.

The plaintiffs/applicants have requested this Court for an order of interlocutory injunction against the defendants/respondents to restrain them from dealing with the land which is the subject matter of the substantive suit. The applicants claim that the land in dispute forms part of a larger tract of land in respect of which the superior Courts namely the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court have decreed various judgments in favour of the first plaintiff family. The applicants further say that notwithstanding the said judgments, the third defendant/respondent has purportedly granted portions of the land to the first and second defendants/respondents who are fast developing same. The applicants also say that the respondents have caused massive destruction on the land by demolishing existing structures on the land.
