KOFI ANUM FAMILY & ANOR. vs. FALCON CREST INVESTMENT & ANOR.

This application is a request by the defendants for an order of the Court suspending the Court’s earlier order dated 24th May, 2019 in which the Court ordered the Survey Department of the Lands Commission to draw a Composite Plan of the land in contention in the substantive case based on the site plans of the parties herein. The defendants/applicants are contending that the order of the Court dated 24th May, 2019 was made subsequent to an oral application by the Counsel for the plaintiffs to the Court that some of the documents filed by the defendants and also some parts of the survey instructions filed by the defendants are to be disregarded by the Survey Department of the Lands Commission in the preparation of the Composite Plan. The defendants claim that they are aggrieved by the order of the Court dated the 24th of May, 2019 and have appealed against it. They are therefore by this present application seeking an order of this Court suspending its earlier order of 24th May, 2019 .....
