Motion for stay of execution and for an order to set aside garnishee order and for payment of judgment debt by instalment Ruling The present application is a request by the 2nd defendant/judgment/debtor for an order to stay the execution of this Court’s judgment dated 30th June, 2017 and also to set aside the garnishee order absolute made by this Court on the 11th July, 2019 and for a further order to pay the remaining balance of the judgment debt by instalment. The 2nd defendant claims that if the execution of the judgment dated 30th June, 2017 is not stayed, its business as a media agency will suffer serious financial and operational setbacks. It therefore requested the Court to grant the application to enable it continue to pay the outstanding judgment debt by instalments.
