The plaintiff/applicant per this application is requesting the Court for an order of interlocutory injunction against the defendant/respondent. The plaintiff says the defendant has trespassed unto his land and has begun the construction of a house on his land. The plaintiff claims he bought the said land from one Fred Agyiri Quashie in the year 2005. The defendant/respondent on his part says the land claimed by the plaintiff is part of a larger plot of land which is being claimed by his father one Nii Okpoti Mensah Kodia, who has instituted an action to the High Court against the grantors of the plaintiff herein. The defendant says the High Court has already given an order of interlocutory injunction in the said case between Nii Okpoti Mensah Kodia and the plaintiff's grantor and that the said order also affects the land being claimed by the plaintiff.
