This is an application by the plaintiff (applicant) for an interim order of this Court restraining the defendant (respondent), its privies, assigns and agents and/or any person claiming through the defendant from questioning and/or inquiring into the employment status of the plaintiff especially regarding the use of the pre-tertiary WASSCE, SSSCE and GCE ‘O’ Level academic certificates of the plaintiff as a requirement of her qualification as an employee of the defendant and/or otherwise do anything that would interfere with, be inconsistent with the reliefs of the plaintiff and/or prejudice the action of the plaintiff until the final determination of the substantive suit on its merits. The reason of the plaintiff for this request is that the defendant/respondent has in recent times dismissed some of her employees on the basis that they did not have six credits in the WASSCE, SSSCE or GCE ‘O’ Level examinations after they had worked with the defendant for some time.
