On the 29th day of October, 2013, the plaintiff issued a writ of summons against the defendant herein for the following reliefs: 1. Payment of a compensation of Gh₵50,000 to plaintiff by defendant for injuries plaintiff sustained whilst working as an employee of the defendant. 2. Payment of all medical expenses incurred by the plaintiff on his treatment so far and provision for future medical expenses as plaintiff injuries continue. 3. Cost including solicitors legal fees.
