ADJENIM BOATENG ADJEI, FRANCIS ARHIN AND TALENT DISCOVERY LIMITED (TDL) vs. THE SPECIAL PROSECUTOR
The applicants, Adjenim Boateng Adjei, Francis Arhin, and Talent Discovery Limited (TDL), sought an order to set aside a freezing order imposed on their assets by the Office of the Special Prosecutor, which was conducting investigations into allegations of corruption or corruption-related matters against them. In his affidavit the following facts can be deduced, that he represented both Francis Arhin and Talent Discovery Ltd. (TDL) in this application filed on the 13th September, 2019.
