The Defendant Applicant is praying this court to strike out or dismiss plaintiff’s suit pursuant to order 11 rule 18(1) and also under the inherent jurisdiction of this court. The context of this instant application is as follows: The Plaintiff/Respondent herein issued a writ of summons and statement of claim against the Defendant Applicant herein on the 31st day of August 2018 seeking the following reliefs: 1.
