By her amended writ of summons, the plaintiff prayed this honourable court for the following reliefs against the defendant: a) A declaration that the plaintiff bought four (4) plots of land from the defendant herein situated at Akropong off the Kumasi-Sunyani Road on your left from Kumasi. b) An order compelling the defendant to allocate three (3) additional plots of land to the plaintiff. c) General damages for deceit d) A declaration that the documents covering the said plots, the subject of this dispute are fraudulent.
