JUDGMENT The application for judgment on admission is granted. The Defendant admit in paragraph 8 of the statement of defence that “… the Plaintiff is entitled to her claims, as the Defendant is seriously to either refund her part payment of the total amount of the money of the said plot or find an alternative.” The Plaintiff prays for specific performance of the agreement. Judgment would therefore be entered for the Plaintiff for specific performance of the agreement that is delivering of Plot No. 87 Cantonment residential area or find an alternative plot for Plaintiff. Cost of GH¢2,000.00 for the Plaintiff.
