JUDGMENT This is an appeal from the decision or Judgment of the District Court, Osu- Accra, presided over by Her Worship Mavis Ekua Enyamah Kwainoe dated the 3rd of December, 2013. The undisputed facts of the case are that the Plaintiffs/Respondents (hereafter referred to as “the Respondents”) caused a writ to be issued in the court below on the 27th September 2013 seeking the following reliefs; 1. An order to eject the 1st ,2nd , 3rd and 4th Defendants. 2. Further order to restrain the 5th and 6th Defendants from interfering with the said property in question. Per the statement of claim, it was the case of the 1st Respondent that he had the consent and authority of the other Respondents (the Plaintiffs therein) to depose to the matters therein contained. In his testimony, the 1st Respondent confirmed the said consent and authority.
