JOHN KWADWO TURKSON vs. MAJEED

This suit commenced with the issuance of a writ of summons accompanied by a statement of claim with the following reliefs endorsed thereon; a) Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate at Manhean in the Ga West District in the Greater Accra Region of Republic of Ghana and measuring 50 feet by the feet b) Interlocutory injunction restraining the defendant from going on the land and doing anything on it. c) Recovery of possession d) Perpetual Injunction Restraining the defendant, his assigns and personal representatives from going into land and doing anything on it. e) Costs. THE PLAINTIFF’S CASE The Plaintiff case, very simply, is that he and his brother bought a land from one Ramanu who prepared an indenture on the land for them on 19th May, 2007 and it was signed by Naa Kokorfi Quarcopone.
