RULING Plaintiff’s claim By a writ of summons issued on 17th March 1998, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendant: i. A declaration of his exclusive leasehold title to ALL THAT piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at West Korle Gonno, Accra with a dwelling house thereon commonly known as House No. T. 5 rooms 1 and 2, as the same is comprised in the lease dated 4th October 1974 between Ghana Housing Corporation as Lessor and the plaintiff as Lessee and stamped in the Land Registry on 18th October 1978. ii. Recovery of possession of the said property. iii. Damages for trespass thereto or alternatively mesne profit for the occupation and use of the same by the defendant. iv. Such further or other relief as in the circumstances may be just, including in particular, a perpetual injunction restraining the defendant whether by herself, her servants, agents, privies, whomsoever or otherwise howsoever, from interfering in any manner whatsoever .....
