JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case The plaintiff describes himself as the head of the Onamrokor Adain family of the Gbese Quarter of Accra whose family are the allodial owners of lands in Accra generally referred to as Dome lands which include Tesano, Apenkwa, Achimota, Alogboshie, Tantra Hill, Taifa, Dome, Kwabenya amongst others. The plaintiff asserts that his family’s ownership of Dome lands has been upheld in several court cases. The plaintiff further asserts that the defendants have entered his family lands and commenced the construction of a structure on the land without their consent and authority and as such the defendants are squatters. The plaintiff is therefore seeking the court’s intervention to evict the defendants from the land by seeking the following reliefs against them: i.
