JUDGMENT I wish to begin this judgment by quoting Ecclesiastes 2:21-23 which says “For a man may do his work with wisdom, knowledge and skill and then he must leave all he owns to someone who has not worked for it. This too is meaningless and a great misfortune. What does a man get for all the toil and anxious striving which he labours under the sun? All his days, his work is pain and grief, even at night his mind does not rest. This too is meaningless”. The protagonist around whom this case revolves is Elder Nana Solomon Acheampong alias Solomon Acheampong alias Agya Solo. He died Intestate on 23rd March 2008 at the age of 80 years. He was survived by a widow and ten children. The widow however died before the funeral rite of Solomon Acheampong was performed. He was a wealthy man by Ghanaian standard.
