JUDGMENT Acheampong Ofori was the Forensic Manager at Bayport Financial Services whilst the Appellant and A2, who is now at large, were staff and Sales Executives respectively at Bayport Financial Services. A3 was a Sales Executive at Dalex Financial Services, Accra. From the year 2015 to May, 2016 the Appellant was the Sales Executive Supervisor at Kokomlemle branch of Bayport Financial Services and he was responsible for walk-in clients. In the month of July, 2016, thirteen (13) people who were wrongfully deducted, petitioned the financial institution that, they have not applied for any loan, yet had been deducted at the Controller and Accountant General’s Department with total loan amount of GHC 91,370.00. Initial investigation conducted by the Forensic Department of Bayport Financial Services indicated that, the Appellant, A2 and A3 were responsible for processing the said loans, which never got to the Victims.
