RULING The parties whose marital love affairs once upon a time was the envy of even the legendary paragon of love relationship, Romeo and Juliet, have now gone their separate ways due to a divorce decree that was granted at the instance of the Defendant/Respondent in March, 2018 by Jennifer Akua Tagoe J. The court in respect of the properties of the parties stated as follows: “There are two houses in Ghana according to the petitioner. One is a four bedroom house at Ashongman and the other a five bedroom uncompleted house in Tema Community 25. He said the former was commenced by the Respondent and the latter by him and in each case, before they met. There will be no declaration on these two houses for want of evidence as to who holds title”.
