FIRST ATLANTIC BANK LIMITED vs. NORDIC LOGISTICS LIMITED & 4 ORS

RULING For asserting a cause of action that the Defendants are truly and justly indebted to it in the sum of GH₵17,406,133.33, the Plaintiff caused a Writ to be issued, wherein it claims the following reliefs: i. An amount of Seventeen Million, Four Hundred and Six Thousand, One Hundred and Thirty-Three Cedis and Thirty-Three Pesewas, being the debt owed by the Defendants in respect of the total loan facilities granted to the 1st Defendant Company, the balance as at 18th July, 2019. ii. Interest at the agreed rate as per each loan facility to date of final payment plus other reliefs as gleaned from the endorsement on the writ. In this application which was initially brought ex-parte, the court ordered the Applicant to cause same to be served on notice to the Respondents.
