Introduction [1] By the original Writ of Summons filed on June 10, 2015 which was amended on August 10th, 2015 and Further Amended on December 6th, 2016 with the leave of the Court, the Plaintiff claims against the Defendants the following judicial reliefs:- [a] Special Damages of: i.
