The defendants herein filed this application by motion on notice for stay of execution of the judgment in default of appearance entered against them. By a writ of summons issued on the 12th October, 2018, the Plaintiff/Judgment/Creditor/Respondent (hereinafter referred to as the Plaintiff) claimed against the defendants herein as follows: a.
