The plaintiffs per their amended writ of summons filed on 20th March 2019, to the original writ filed on 14th November 2008 claim the following reliefs against the defendant. a) A declaration that Baffour Agyemang Duah (deceased) of Denkyemuoso Ashanti was the owner of all that piece of land situate at Foase Ashanti and bounded by the properties of Maame Nyamesem, Yaw Tawiah, Akua Fokuo and a street with building structure thereon. b) A declaration that, the 3rd plaintiff and her children are the beneficiaries of the properties mentioned in paragraph 2 of the Will of the late Baffour Agyemang Duah. c) An order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendant/caveator whether by himself, his agents, servants, assign whosoever claiming through him from interfering with the interest and ownership of Baffour Agyemang Duah (deceased) late of Denkyemuoso Ashanti in the said land.
