OPANIN KOFI ABOAGYE SUING AS THE HEAD OF AGONA FAMILY OF AKYEM HWEDIEM (PLAINTIFF) vs. ABENA SIKAYENA, ABENA DUKU, AKOSUA BADU AND ADWOA ANANE (DEFENDANTS)

The plaintiff per his writ of summons filed on 15th day of May 2014, claims the following reliefs against the defendants jointly and severally for: a) A declaration of title and recovery of possession of all that parcel of land at Kyiniyaaho on Hwediem Stool Land bounded by the properties of Yaw Baah, Adwoa Abunyiwa, Yaa Adumasiwaa and Ntowoo. b) A declaration of title and recovery of possession of an unnumbered house situate at Mfinifini at Asante Akyem Hwediem and being occupied by the defendants herein and others. c) General damages for trespass to the disputed land. d) An order of perpetual injunction to restrain the defendants, their agents, assigns, privies etc. from laying any claim whatsoever to or interfering with the plaintiffs family’s quiet enjoyment of the disputed house and land.
