The plaintiff herein obtained judgment against the defendant. By way of execution of the judgment, the plaintiff caused to be attached a Toyota Avalon salon car with Chassis Number 4TBK1EB2EU131560 which was parked in the garage of the defendant who deals in cars. Thereafter, the claimant, Abdul Aziz Faisal, caused a Notice of Claim to be filed on his behalf in which he laid a claim of ownership to the attached vehicle. The parties were therefore invited, after the plaintiff had disputed the claim of the claimant, to appear in court to be heard accordingly. The claimant gave evidence at the trial and closed his case. The plaintiff did not give evidence. From the evidence on record the court finds that the claimant lives and works in the United States of America.
