The facts in the instant application is the same as the facts in Suit No. HR/087/2019. The issue arising for adjudication in this application is also the same as the issue which I have determined in Suit No. HR/087/2019, as to whether or not the jurisdiction of this Court has been wrongly invoked. I must say that it is from the same decision of the Applicant herein, BOG that has given rise to the present action. It is therefore my considered opinion that, the reasons and conclusions given in Suit No. HR/087/2019 should be applicable to the present application, there being no useful points to add. I hereby rely on my earlier decision in Suit No. HR/087/2019 and accordingly dismiss the instant application. The Court’s judicial review jurisdiction has properly been invoked.
