BIG BOYS COMPANY LIMITED (PLAINTIFF) vs. ACCESS BANK COMPANY LIMITED (DEFENDANTS)

The Defendant herein instituted an action against a company called Rockshell International Company Limited and obtained Judgment on the 16th December, 2015 before Her Ladyship Justice Doreen Genevieve Boakye-Agyei at the Commercial Court 8, Accra. The Defendant after the Entry of Judgment took a further step to enforce the Judgment. In so doing, the Defendant attached certain properties Defendant perceived to belong to Rockshell International Limited. Among the properties attached is the subject-matter of the instant Suit, the Crane. The Plaintiff then filed a Notice of Claim. The ensuing interpleader trial went in favour of the Plaintiff herein and the Crane, the subject-matter of the instant action was discharged from attachment.
