The plaintiff is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Ghana and is a manufacturer of Standing Seam Roofing Panels in Ghana. The defendant is a Canadian registered company and deals in Color Coated Aluzinc coils. According to the plaintiff by email correspondence the defendant offered and the plaintiff accepted the sale of 200 tons of top quality Color Coated Aluzinc coils as per commercial invoice number 12[1]071 and 12[1]090. Upon the supply of the said 200 tons of coil by the defendant, plaintiff manufactured Standing Seam Roofing Panels and installed them for their customers in Ghana.
