Contract-Breach of Obligation-termination-Damages By a written agreement, the plaintiff says the defendant was to provide it with private security services for the protection of its warehouse on the Graphic Road, Accra By reason of this agreement, on the 5th of December 2014 two of the defendants employees David Owusu and Gifty Mensah were on duty from 6am to 6pm. It is plaintiff’s case that when David Owusu reported for duty at about 6 am he conspired with some persons using duplicate keys, entered the ware house and stole items worth GHC55, 800.00. Same day according to the Plaintiff, Grace Mensah who was to report for duty at 6am reported for duty at 9 am instead. In the course of police investigations into this occurrence, on 25th December 2014 whiles Alfred Opoku and Patience Larbi, employees of the defendant were on duty at the plaintiffs warehouse there was a break in and stealing of the plaintiffs goods worth GHC63,620.00.
