By their application before this Court the applicants are seeking an order to commit the respondent for contempt. The nub of the applicants’ case has been captured in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9 of the affidavit in support deposed to by the 2nd applicant. This will repay extensive quotation. That I am the deponent herein and 2nd defendant in the Civil Suit No. A1/08/05 and I make this application on my own behalf and on behalf of and with the consent of the other defendants. 2.
