On the 19th of June, 2017 the plaintiff brought the present action against the defendants claiming damages for personal injuries and expenses sustained by her. She attributed the cause of her injuries to the negligence of the defendants. She is claiming the following reliefs: a. “a declaration that plaintiff’s disability and injuries thus loss of right arm, multiple facial lacerations and severe injuries on 12th day of July, 2014 was negligently caused by 1st defendant in the course of driving the car in the employment of the 2nd defendant when the 1st defendant failed to take due care. b. Special damages for the replacement of plaintiff’s lost right arm with a prosthetic arm which will enable her function nearly as well as before she lost her right arm.
