ISAAC NII COMMEY QUANSAH (PLAINTIFF) vs. CAROLINE KOTSOE NEEQUAYE AND THEODORA KORMELEY QUANSAH (DEFENDANTS)

The Judgment of this Court on 29th of March, 2018, which has generated the present application states as follows: “Judgment is hereby entered in favour of the plaintiff as follows;  The two defendants are hereby ordered to fully administer the estate of Samuel Oblitei Quansah on all properties of the deceased including the Kokrobite property.  The properties of Samuel Oblitei Quansah are to be distributed in accordance with Intestate Succession Law PNDCL 111.  The defendants are hereby restrained from selling or in any manner disposing of any property of Samuel Oblitei Quansah.  Defendants are to account for monies collected or received from the Standard Chartered Bank in relation to the late Samuel Oblitei Quansah Each party to bear his/her costs”.
