COMFORT YEBOAH TENKORANG vs. MOHAMMED SAMUEL ARHINFUL

This is an application by the plaintiff applicant (hereafter referred to as the plaintiff) for an order of interim preservation and appointment of a Receiver. The claim, which gave rise to this application, was instituted by the plaintiff for i. “A declaration that the defendant applied monies from the plaintiff’s shop to fund the construction of his two – bedroom house at Oyibi and to purchase two vehicles with registration numbers GR 1547-12 and GR 5793-13. ii. Recovery of the sum of GH₵ 350,000.00 being the total loss caused by the defendant to the plaintiff when he was a shopkeeper at the plaintiff’s shop, Final Mini Supermarket from May, 2013 to May, 2018. iii. Interest on the amount of GH₵ 350,000.00 at the prevailing commercial rate from April, 2018 to the date of final payment. iv.
