The plaintiff, Imoro Ayande, asserts he is the current head of Avii Naba family of Siliminaba, a section of Bawku in the Upper East Region, and brings the instant action for himself and on behalf of the family. On 14th February 2014, he caused to be issued from the Registry of the Court, this writ of summons, claiming the following reliefs: 1. “A Declaration that all that tract of land lying and situate at Siliminaba/Bawku bounded to the North by Seng Natinga and Bawa Gumah family lands; bounded to the South by Naa Bugri family lands and the Bawku-Missiga trunk road; bounded to the East by Naa Bugri family lands; and bounded to the West by a dug-out, Naa Bugri family lands and Naa Kuliga family lands, is the land of Avii Naba family of Siliminaba of which Plaintiff (Imoro Ayande) is the head. 2.
