The plaintiff per her amended writ of summons filed on 2nd November 2018, claims the following reliefs against the defendant: a) Declaration that title to property No. plot 5 Block XII, New Amakom Extension, Kumasi is vested in the plaintiff herein OR In the alternative, an order that property No. plot 5 block XII, New Amakom Extension, Kumasi was originally the self-acquired property of the late Akosua Anane and forms part of her estate. (b) An order for recovery of possession of Property No. plot 5 block XII, New Amakom Extension Kumasi. (c) General damages, for trespass.
