OPANIN KWAME DONKOR (SUING FOR HIMSELF & THE ENTIRE ASONA KRONTIRE FAMILY OF KONONGO) (PLAINTIFF) vs. MR. KWADWO OWUSU

Per his amended writ of summons filed on 4th November 2014, the plaintiff prayed the court for the following reliefs against the defendant: (a) A declaration that title to property H/No. MA 15 Block G, Konongo is vested in the plaintiff immediate Asona family, same having been devolved on the family from the progenitor above mentioned. (b) A declaration that, title to property, a cocoa farm situated at Kwaokrom and bounded by the properties of Agya Manu, Comfort Nimoh, Mr. Boakye, Opanin Kofi, Madam Akua, a stream, Opanin Mensah, Opanin Musah, Mr. Frimpong, Nana Anaafi and Comfort Nimoh is vested in the plaintiff immediate family. (c) A declaration that, title to property a two acre family land situated at Bopeko, Konongo and shares boundaries with Maame Afua Fofie, and Opanin Yaw Frempong, in vested in the plaintiff immediate Asona family.
