PASTOR KINGSLEY ADDAE –MENSAH vs. MADAM ROSINA GYAMFUA AGYEN
The plaintiff per his amended writ of summons filed on 16th June 2017, claim against the defendant as follows: a) An order that the plaintiff is the lessee/owner of a parcel of Agona Stool Land for Educational purposes. b) Damages for trespassing unto the said land. c) Perpetual injunction. The defendant entered appearance and filed her statement of defence and also counterclaimed against the plaintiff as follows: 1) Declaration of Title to plot No. 34, Agona 2) An order of the court compelling the plaintiff to re-erect the pillars removed by him. 3) Damages for trespass.
