REGINALD REYNOLDS AMPONSAH SUBSTITUTED BY JOSEPH DWUMOH vs. ELECTRICITY COMPANY OF GHANA

The plaintiff per his writ of summons pursuant to an order of the court dated 11th March 2019 is praying for the following reliefs against the defendant: a) Declaration of title in favour of the plaintiff against the defendant, for all that piece of land known as plots 1 and 2 in the Government Residential layout in Mampong (sic) in the Ashanti Region, bounded on or towards the northeast by Cul-de-Sac and open space measuring 490 feet, on or towards the southeast by the Kumasi to Ejura motor road measuring 315 feet, on or towards the southwest by plots No. 5 and 6 measuring 390 feet on or towards the northwest by plot No. 3 measuring 300 feet containing an approximate areas of 132000 square feet which piece of land is delineated on plan No.LDA 893/S21242 b) An order for the recovery of possession of the plaintiff land which is the subject matter of this suit, from the defendant. c) Damages in favour of the plaintiff for the trespass committed by the defendant on the plaintiff land....
