On 6th November 2019, counsel for the applicant (hereinafter called the applicant) filed a motion on notice to set aside the writ of possession granted in favour of the plaintiff/respondent (hereinafter called the respondent) on 29th March 2019. The motion is supported by affidavit and annexures. The relevant paragraphs of the affidavit in support to this ruling are as follows: 2.
