HAJIA ADIZATU BAWA vs. AYUBA GARIBA

The petitioner in her petition filed on 27th March 2013, claimed the following reliefs against the respondent. a) That the marriage between the parties be dissolved. b) A declaration that, the respondent is the biological father of the child of the marriage. c) That custody of the child of the marriage Ibrahim Ayuba Gariba aged one (1) year five (5) months (then) is granted to the petitioner. d) That the respondent is ordered to pay to the petitioner arrears of Ten Thousand Ghana Cedis for the petitioner and the child. e) That the respondent is ordered to pay to the petitioner such periodical maintenance pending trial and thereafter as may be just. f) That in the alternative, the respondent be ordered to pay to the petitioner a lump sum of GH₡100,000 as financial settlement. g) That the respondent be ordered to settle a Toyota Land Cruiser with registration No. GE 7878 U in favour of the petitioner as the respondent has other two private cars. h) That the house at Tafo Nhyiae.....
