HAMIDU KODUA, MAMA FREMPONG, NANA KWADWO ANING I AND ALHASSAN KODUA vs. SHEIK KWAME MAHMOUD, CHARITY POMAA, SULEMANA TAWIAH, ALHAJI ADAMS, MAJEED ASAMOAH AND HAMIDU ADAMS
The plaintiffs filed their writ of summons on 31st October 2013 praying this honourable court for the following reliefs against the defendants jointly and severally. (i) A declaration that, H/No. 18, Block 24, New Amakom is the family property of the Apemase Aduana Royal family of Beposo-Ashanti. (ii) An order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, their agents, assigns, and all those claiming through them from interfering with plaintiffs family enjoyment and possession of the property in dispute. (iii) General damages against defendants for their acts of damage and destruction to part of the disputed property. (iv) Cost (v) Any other orders as the justice of the case would require. The defendants entered appearance on 10th November 2013, and filed their amended statement of defence per an Order of the court dated 20th May 2014 on 24th June 2014.
