By his amended writ filed on 2nd April 2015, the plaintiff is praying this honourable court for the following reliefs: (a) A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land lying and being on the West of Hemang on Abaade Road measuring five acres of fallow land of which one acre is developed with structures thereon leaving four acres as fallow land as a reversionary property of the plaintiff. (b) Recovery of possession (c) Any further or other reliefs or orders as shall be just in the circumstance of this case, especially an order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, their servants, agents, workmen, or other persons claiming through them or for and on their behalf from anyway interfering with the plaintiff’s title to possession of the said property.
